You can get started by scheduling a time to meet with a coach to discuss your goals and the best path to reach them. Or, you can try a class for free! No fitness experience is needed. You can register for your first free class under the schedule tab.
Your first few sessions are focused on helping you get comfortable with the workouts and the training environment. Our coaches will walk you through the movements, help you choose appropriate weights, and make adjustments so the workout fits your current fitness level. Many people starting here haven’t trained in a while, so the early sessions are about learning the movements and building confidence. Classes combine strength work with conditioning, and everything can be adjusted to match your experience.
No, we are not affiliated with CrossFit. Our training combines structured strength work with conditioning in a weekly format that’s designed to help people get stronger, improve their fitness, and stay consistent long term. You’ll still see familiar movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, pull-ups, and functional conditioning workouts, but the program places a bigger emphasis on strength training and aerobic conditioning rather than going all-out every day.
Yes. Many of the people who start training at Arsenal Strength haven’t worked out in years – and some have never trained in a gym before. Our coaching team is there to guide you through everything step by step. We’ll show you how the movements work, help you choose appropriate weights, and make adjustments so the workout fits your current fitness level. Every workout can be customized to meet you where you’re at, so whether you’re just getting started or returning to exercise after a long break, you’ll be able to train safely and build confidence as you go. The goal is to make training empowering and help you build strength and fitness at a pace that works for you.
No, we are not open 24/7. Our class schedule can be found under the Gym Info tab. Personal training sessions are booked weekly with your coach. There is not an “open gym” format.
Yes. In addition to group classes, we also offer personal training. Some members prefer one-on-one coaching to focus on specific goals or to get more individualized instruction with strength training and conditioning. Others combine personal training with group classes to get the benefits of both. We can help you decide which option makes the most sense based on your experience, schedule, and what you’re hoping to get out of training.
Morgan’s Fitness Solutions combines the coaching and structure of personal training with the energy and community of group classes. Instead of random workouts, our training follows a clear weekly structure that balances strength work, conditioning, and recovery. This approach helps members build strength, improve endurance, and see measurable progress over time. Classes are coach-led, scalable for all fitness levels, and designed to help people stay consistent with their training. Morgan’s Fitness Solutions is located at 465 Anthony Wayne Trail, Suite B. Waterville, OH. Our gym is connected to Wright and Son Construction. We are a half mile north of Farnsworth Metropark. We are a half mile south of the intersection of Route 24 and Route 64 in Waterville.
