In a setting of 10 people or less, members will receive individual attention to help them achieve their fitness goals. Each day of the week members will experience a different style of workout which keeps everyday fresh and challenges the body in different ways.
In a one on one setting, members will have a customized training program that they establish in collaboration with their coach. Workouts and results will be evaluated every 90 days to ensure programming is in alignment with each member’s goals.
In a setting of 5 or less, members with similar goals, fitness levels and workout preference, will train together with their coach. A smaller setting allows for more individual attention, but still creates a strong community atmosphere during the workout.
